  • System architecture design
  • Technical consulting services

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we provide services "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kunming, Yunnan Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
